	Retaining Our Services : After deciding to return our services you are required to send us a bank draft/local cheque for Rs 25,000/- (Rupees twentyfive thousand only) in favour of Taurus Infotek payable at PUNE.
	After recieving the payment from you we will be sending you copies of our services agreement to you in duplicate.
	You would sign one set of the fee agreement and mail it back to us while you would keep the another set for your own record. Upon receipt of signed copies of Fee Agreements we shall courier (if you are not a resident of PUNE) you a package containing Immigration forms along with a detailed covering letter and list of other documents, format for affidavits required from you for preparation of your case.
	You shall be required to fill up the Immigration forms clearly and submit these to us along with other documents as asked by us at the earliest.
	Preparation of the case :- You would also be required to get a bank demand draft of Rs 15000-00 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) made in favour of the Canadian High Commission, payable at New Delhi and forward it to us with the rest of the documents (please check the exact amount from our office). 	If you are working abroad and would like to get your case filed from that or neighboring country, we shall be able to do that provided you pay the Visa Processing Fees in Canadian dollars in that country.
	Submission of case to the Canadian High Commission :- We at Taurus Infotek shall prepare your file alongwith a detailed `Submission Report’ based on the Immigration rules and regulations.
	The submission report is made for the Visa officer who by law is the only person authorised to issue Immigration Visas.

	You should also know that our fees are payable in two installments, so you are not obliged to paid the all amount up-front. - The first installment should be paid only after you have declared to us your interest in retaining our services, and after signing our official retainer agreement. -
	The rest of the payment or second installment is due after knowing the applicant has been prompted to attend an interview, or his/her selection interview is considered as passed (interview waiver).
